About the role
The HR Coordinator is a new role in the HR team at IES headquarters in Täby. It is a 75% fixed term contract for the spring term.
With recruitment as the main focus of the role, you will be key in ensuring a positive candidate experience. At IES we recruit from all over the world and you will manage the entire application process for specific recruitment campaigns, keeping in regular contact with candidates through all stages of the process.
An equally important part of the role is employee contract handling, in which you will work with the payroll team at headquarters and all 43 IES schools. Alongside contracts, you will also stand in for the Immigration Coordinator in making work permit applications.
This role is an ideal opportunity to broaden your experience within HR and learn from an energetic team.
About you
We expect that you have some experience working with HR/recruitment or relevant studies. You are structured and organised, able to keep control when there are many moving parts. You find satisfaction in taking responsibility for your own tasks and are not afraid to question the way things are done. You are service-minded and find satisfaction in helping others, whilst understanding the need for discretion. Strong communication skills in English are a requirement with Swedish preferred.
