We are looking for an experienced office assistant that can work next to our CEO with administrative tasks. Daily activities include looking after our office and rental properties, procurement of various items, tracking and summarizing expenses, scheduling and planning, etc. Due to the hybrid nature of this work you need to be flexible and be able to work in both a home office as well as in the co-work office in Stockholm or in other locations. Being able to communicate daily with our partner company in the Middle East, where many of the staff are from the Philippines, proficiency in English and Tagalog is required and experience from working in the Middle East is meriting.
