Key tasks and responsibilities
Diary co-ordination for senior leaders, including scheduling global meetings, flagging up conflicts and meeting prioritisation
Arrange business travel and visas as required and processing expenses claims for the senior leaders
Assist with the organisation of interviews, providing availability, creating schedules, room bookings and seminar arrangements if required. Supporting onboarding arrangements for CPSS new starters
External seminar organisation, assisting with external speaker arrangements and meeting logistics
Arranging local site events when permitted
Proactively produces accurate & professionally laid out documentation, e.g. presentations and reports.
Perform such other duties or ad-hoc projects as may be assigned from time to time

About you

Knowledge and Experience

Reconcile local versus IFRS book and GAAP book
IFRS 15 commission activation
Intangible assets, development activation and amortizing
Intercompany reconciliations
Continuously ensuring and improving of our accounting processes.

Knowledge and Experience
Profound experience of accounting systems (quickbooks is a plus) and Excel
Several years of accounting experience
Experience in an IT cloud company or partner models is a plus
A thoughtful personality with ability to keep order and a good sense for details
Analytical and a structured team player.
Good communication and cooperation skills
High moral and a good sense of “right and wrong”
Ability to keep deadlines
Service oriented, supporting auditors and external and internal customers

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
