About the position
We are looking for a Financial Controller, a business-oriented accountant with an in-depth understanding and the ability to analyze financial outcome of group companies and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls within the group in order to ensure qualitative financial reporting.

You will be one of four members of the Group Accounting team. Key responsibilities are:

* Development, planning, coordination and evaluation of the internal control work of the group.
* Analysis of actual financial outcome of group companies to ensure qualitative internal and external financial reporting.
* Training and support to divisions and subsidiaries to make sure they report in accordance with IFRS, internal reporting instructions and regulations.
* Participation in the group consolidation and reporting process.
* Documentation of accounting-related routines, processes and instructions.
* Management of transfer pricing policies and documentation.
* Participation in M&A and integration projects.

As part of Group Accounting at Corporate Office Finance, you are based at the headquarters in Stockholm/Täby, reporting to Head of Group Accounting. Travel is required for this position, approximately 3-4 times per year.

Qualifications
* M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Business Administration or similar, preferably with major in accounting
* 5+ years' experience of working with similar tasks
* Good accounting and IFRS knowledge
* Previous work experience from an international environment
* Audit experience is a plus
* Good system skills and experience of financial reporting tools
* Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
* Strong analytical, organizational and teamwork skills

About the position
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to be a key player within the accounting team for Mycronic AB, responsible for accounting and reporting as well as supporting some of our subsidiaries in accounting and reporting matters. We are looking for a team player with good understanding of accounting in a complex environment and with an interest to drive process improvements.
You will be part of the Accounting Team located at the headquarters in Stockholm/Täby, supporting the Corporate Office and two of Mycronic's divisions. The position will report to the Accounting Manager. The Accounting Team consist of 7 persons and includes AP, AR and accounting.

Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for the more advanced part of the daily accounting work and monthly closing of the parent company.
* Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to head office.
* Responsible for accounting support to some of our European subsidiaries, which request good understanding of the sales and inventory processes.
* Responsible for VAT controls and filing.
* Preparing account reconciliations.
* Participate in the work to streamline accounting processes for the parent company and subsidiaries to create synergies, process improvements and cost efficiency.
* Overview compliance with company's policies, guidelines and accounting principles.
* Develop, document, and monitor internal controls for the parent company and subsidiaries.
* Participate in projects which normally request frequent interaction with other functions outside Finance.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Som ekonomiansvarig ansvarar du för hela den legala redovisningen, löner, rapportering samt analys och upprättande av beslutsunderlag till ledningen.

Här har du både det operativa och övergripande ansvaret för redovisning, lönehantering, uppföljning och rapportering. Allt från den löpande redovisningen, moms, lagerredovisning, avstämningar, månadsbokslut, till upprättande av årsbokslut och årsredovisning. Du ansvarar även för upprättande och sammanställning av budgeten tillsammans med verksamheten som analysers och följs upp månadsvis. Externa kontakter med bank, försäkringsbolag, revisorer etc. ligger även på dig. Vem är du?

Kvalifikationer:

About the position

Mycronic's operations are conducted through four divisions. We are now looking for a Business Controller to the High Flex division. This division offers surface mount technology (SMT) equipment and solutions to electronics manufacturers worldwide.

* Drive business value and transparency through securing financial follow up, financial support and business analysis for the Division.



* Secure financial processes to maximize profitability, project/product profitability and commercially sound business decisions.

* Prepare business decisions based on solid analysis of data.



* Being involved as financial resource in development of business-critical systems as ERP or other systems.

* Assuring alignment with recommendations and regulations within the accounting area and in accordance with IFRS regulation
* Overseeing maintenance of the organization's general ledgers and related accounting practices, including accounts payable and receivable ledgers
* Leading the practice for Finance in the ERP-system M3 together with colleagues
* Ensuring well documented processes and a good relationship with auditors

Profile:

About the position

We are looking for a Financial Controller, a business-oriented accountant with an in-depth understanding and ability to analyze actual financial outcome of the group companies to ensure qualitative financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and internal reporting guidelines.



The person we are looking for will be one out of two members of the Group Financial Control team. Primary responsibilities of Group Financial Control are:



* Analysis of actual financial outcome of group companies to ensure qualitative internal and external financial reporting
* Development, planning, coordination and evaluation of the internal control work of the group
* System administration of the group's financial planning tool and responsibility for ensuring that the system setup meets the group's reporting requirements
* Management of transfer pricing policies and documentation
* Follow-up, training and support to divisions and subsidiaries to ensure they follow IFRS, internal reporting instructions and regulations
* Development and documentation of accounting-related routines, processes and instructions

* Participation in the group consolidation process
* Participation in M&A and integration projects



As part of Group Financial Control at Corporate Office Finance, you are based at the headquarters in Stockholm/Täby, reporting to Head of Group Accounting.



Qualifications

* Sc. or B.Sc. in Business Administration or similar, preferably with major in accounting
* 5+ years' experience of working with similar tasks
* Good accounting and IFRS knowledge
* Previous work experience from international company
* Good system skills and experience of budget/BI and financial reporting tools
* Audit experience is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
* Strong analytical, organizational and teamwork skills
