About the position
We are looking for a Financial Controller, a business-oriented accountant with an in-depth understanding and the ability to analyze financial outcome of group companies and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls within the group in order to ensure qualitative financial reporting.

You will be one of four members of the Group Accounting team. Key responsibilities are:

* Development, planning, coordination and evaluation of the internal control work of the group.
* Analysis of actual financial outcome of group companies to ensure qualitative internal and external financial reporting.
* Training and support to divisions and subsidiaries to make sure they report in accordance with IFRS, internal reporting instructions and regulations.
* Participation in the group consolidation and reporting process.
* Documentation of accounting-related routines, processes and instructions.
* Management of transfer pricing policies and documentation.
* Participation in M&A and integration projects.

As part of Group Accounting at Corporate Office Finance, you are based at the headquarters in Stockholm/Täby, reporting to Head of Group Accounting. Travel is required for this position, approximately 3-4 times per year.

Qualifications
* M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Business Administration or similar, preferably with major in accounting
* 5+ years' experience of working with similar tasks
* Good accounting and IFRS knowledge
* Previous work experience from an international environment
* Audit experience is a plus
* Good system skills and experience of financial reporting tools
* Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
* Strong analytical, organizational and teamwork skills

Om tjänsten som Financial Controller
Vi söker en ambitiös Financial Controller som kommer att ansvara för en bred variation av arbetsuppgifter på Nomo. Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar delaktighet i månadsbokslut, årsbokslut, finansiell rapportering och att bidra med analyser samt underlag i olika ad-hoc projekt. Du arbetar även med kontoavstämningar, moms- och arbetsgivardeklarationer, hanteringen av redovisningen kopplat till bolagets bilar/leasing samt att ta fram underlag för lönehanteringen. Du har en aktiv roll i bolagets digital- och hållbarhetsrapporteringar. Det finns ett uttalat mål om att tjänstens ansvarsområden gradvis ska öka och övergå till mer krävande uppgifter inom redovisning, analys och rapportering på sikt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Utföra korrekt kontering, hantering och bokföring av kostnader relaterade till medarbetare.
Utföra rapporter, analyser, månadsbokslut och behjälpa i årsredovisning.
Hantera finanssegment av löneprocessen samt biladministration.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en högskoleexamen inom ekonomi, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Vidare ser vi att du har minst ett par års arbetslivserfarenhet inom redovisning och gärna med inslag av controller arbetsuppgifter. Dina arbetsuppgifter
Är du en lagspelare som brinner för ekonomi, siffror och analys? Då kan rollen som ekonom med controllerinriktning hos Nomo passa dig utmärkt!

Rollen bjuder på varierade arbetsdagar där du bland annat arbetar självständigt med att kontera, hantera och bokföra personalrelaterade kostnader. Du kommer jobba löpande med månadsavstämningar, rapportering av skattedeklarationer och moms, samt vara behjälplig med prognos och budget tillsammans med ekonomichef. Vidare kommer du att vara kontaktperson till leverantörer samt ha hand om rapportering av den svenska verksamheten. Om tjänsten som Financial Controller
Vi söker en ambitiös Financial Controller som kommer att ansvara för en bred variation av arbetsuppgifter på Nomo. Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar delaktighet i månadsbokslut, årsbokslut, finansiell rapportering och att bidra med analyser samt underlag i olika ad-hoc projekt. Du arbetar även med kontoavstämningar, moms- och arbetsgivardeklarationer, hanteringen av redovisningen kopplat till bolagets bilar/leasing samt att ta fram underlag för lönehanteringen. Du har en aktiv roll i bolagets digital- och hållbarhetsrapporteringar. Det finns ett uttalat mål om att tjänstens ansvarsområden gradvis ska öka och övergå till mer krävande uppgifter inom redovisning, analys och rapportering på sikt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Utföra korrekt kontering, hantering och bokföring av kostnader relaterade till medarbetare.
Utföra rapporter, analyser, månadsbokslut och behjälpa i årsredovisning.
Hantera finanssegment av löneprocessen samt biladministration.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en högskoleexamen inom ekonomi, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Vidare ser vi att du har minst ett par års arbetslivserfarenhet inom redovisning och gärna med inslag av controller arbetsuppgifter. Du har god systemvana och har arbetat med Cognos, Power-BI eller motsvarande system. För att lyckas i tjänsten behöver du vara flytande i svenska såväl som engelska i både tal och skrift.

Som person söker vi dig som trivs med att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för varierande arbetsuppgifter. Du känner dig bekväm med förändringar vilket ger dig förmågan att anpassa ditt arbete och ta itu med nya utmaningar utefter behov. Viktigt för tjänsten är: 2–5 års erfarenhet av redovisning och/eller controlling.
Vana att arbeta med projekt vid sidan om det löpande redovisningsarbetet.
Erfarenhet av BI-system alternativt ett stort systemintresse.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ett större ekonomisystem, gärna Cognos.
Meriterande för tjänsten är: Erfarenhet av digital- och hållbarhetsrapportering.
Tidigare erfarenhet som Financial Controller.

Ditt ansvarsområde som senior Financial controller är främst att ansvara för redovisning och rapportering. • Samordna och driva månadsbokslut tillsammans med redovisningsteamet
