Creative ad Qualified Art teacher years 7-9

Internationella Engelska skolan is a well-established, expanding organisation of independent bilingual schools in Sweden. Starting in January 2020, we are looking to recruit a new creative and experienced Art teacher for our older students at Senior school. ages 13-16.  Art is taught to all students aged 9-16 in our school. Our school follows the Swedish National Curriculum teaching in English, but at the same time incorporating Swedish culture and traditions in Aesthetic subjects. We have well-equipped facilities where students are able to develop their creative skills and display their work around school.

Speciallärare år 7-9 på IESTäbyI

Från Augusti 2019 behöver vi en behörig och engagerad speciallärare för årskurs 7-9. Det är viktigt att du kan tänka dig arbeta både på svenska och engelska eftersom vi har engelska som arbetsspråk på skolan, samt vara van vid att utvärdera elevers behov, vara delaktig i upprättandet av åtgärdsprogram och kunna lägga upp strategier för hur eleverna bäst får hjälp i klassrummet. Du ska ge stöd i både matematik och svenska till elever i den vanliga klassrumssituationen. Dessutom ska du kunna handleda lärare i arbetet med elever med särskilda behov. Du kommer att ingå i ett väletablerad "team" av specialpedagoger och speciallärare på skolan. Internationella Engelska Skolan, founded by Ms.Barbara Bergström in 1993, is an established independent school organization that is in constant development and expansion. IES Täby was founded in 2006 and IEST Junior in 2010. We are looking for a certified and dynamic Special Needs teacher for years 7-9. starting in August 2019 Our well established and experienced SEN team is looking for a new team member with previous experience of working with special measures programmes and their implementation in the classroom. Your role includes supporting students with Swedish and Maths in the classroom setting and strategies to support teachers with SEN in the classroom. We use English as our working language in school. We teach Home Economics subjects in English or bilingually using Swedish.

We are looking for a teacher with previous experience of teaching years 4-6 and a team player who is willing to go the extra mile for the students. Home Economics teacher/Crafts (Textiles/Woodwork) Senior school ages 13-16

We seek a qualified and creative Home Economics/ Food Science who can combine this with Crafts (Textiles/Woodwork). Food technology known as Home Economics in Sweden is taught to all students aged 10-16 in our school. Our school follows the Swedish National Curriculum teaching in English, but at the same time incorporating Swedish culture and traditions in this subject. We have well-equipped facilities where students are able to develop their creative skills in a purpose built modern kitchen, where they develop their culinary skills and understanding of their own health and dietary needs as a sustainable consumer.

You will be joining an experienced and creative Aesthetics team and will have responsibility for your own budget and planning. We work closely in our departments with subject development and cross curriculum themes, so we are looking for a creative team player wanting to be part of our collegial sharing approach for quality learning at our school.

These subjects are taught in English or bilingually using Swedish.
