Requirements

Broad experience within operative HR (preferably <5 years of experience)
Good/excellent communication skills; English and Swedish

The role as Admission Manager

The responsibilities include building the present queue and loyalty for all IES schools, developing the admissions procedures and communication, where we see digitalization as an important lever, and improving student retention by ensuring that the correct information is provided and that a solid student introduction process is in place to complete the admission process. The Admissions Manager will also work closely with the Education, Communication, IT and Legal teams, in addition to the Admission administrators in the schools. This is a full-time position based at IES Head Office in Täby.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for the development of the admission process at IES, including increased digitalization 
Be responsible for improving the process for IES queue administration, information to guardians and guidelines for school administrators
Support admissions administrators throughout IES 45 compulsory schools by holding regular training sessions and monthly digital meetings 
Manage and support new school admissions
Train school administrators in implementing the IES Admissions Policy and best practise routines and procedures
Create support material for HQ and schools in order to improve the quality of the IES admissions process as well as securing alignment among all schools
Collaborate closely with the following HQ teams: Education, IT, Legal and Communications
Continually track and report student numbers for each school to Management
Facilitate good communication and teamwork at HQ and school-level

Ditt uppdrag

Tjänsten motsvarar 50 % och anpassas efter butikstider. Som Butiksansvarig är det du som möter kunderna i butiken och agerar som JM:s ansikte utåt, du ansvarar för försäljning och ger kunderna bästa tänkbara service. Utöver detta kommer du att stödja marknadsföring och försäljning av JM: s bostadsprojekt samt ansvara för drift och bemanning av bostadsbutiken. I rollen ingår det att arbetsleda övrig butikspersonal, som är timanställda visningsvärdar, och ansvara för att de arbetar efter uppsatta mål och fokusområden. Du ser till att de som arbetar i butiken känner sig delaktiga, är uppdaterade och har maximal kunskap om JM och deras projekt.

Din bakgrund

Vi ser att du har haft en liknande roll tidigare där du arbetat med service och försäljning och haft ett större ansvar. Du är van vid att arbeta självständigt och att vara drivande i projekt samt har ett bra säljfokus. Du har god samarbetsförmåga och har lätt för att ha många olika kontaktytor.

Du är strukturerad och noggrann person. Du har lätt för att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift samt har en känsla för färg och form. Det är även meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av fastighetsbranschen eller event. Du är en öppen och positiv med hög känsla för service.
