Nu söker vi en processledare till vår nystartade geodata- och systemsamordningsenhet på samhällsutvecklingskontoret. Som Processledare it blir du en central aktör i samhällsutvecklingskontorets systemförvaltning. Du leder och driver förändringsarbete kopplat till våra verksamhetssystem – från införande och avveckling till större anpassningar av befintliga lösningar. Du planerar och driver införande av nya verksamhets- och stödsystem, från behovsanalys till implementering och uppföljning. I rollen arbetar du tvärfunktionellt nära både verksamheten och kommunens it-funktion för att säkerställa att systemen är effektiva, användarvänliga och framtidssäkra. Du ska ha erfarenhet av att hålla ihop projekt och processer, samlar rätt kompetenser för att driva projekten och ser till att lednings- och styrgrupper får underlag för beslut i rätt tid.

Du blir en av fem nyckelspelare i en organisation med systemadministratörer, systemförvaltare och processledare it. Tillsammans skapar vi strukturer och processer som gör att våra system stödjer samhällsbyggnadsprocesserna på bästa sätt.

Vi söker dig som är trygg i din kompetens, har förmåga att se helheten och kan omsätta strategiska mål till praktiska lösningar. Du är kommunikativ, lyhörd och trivs i en roll där samverkan och relationsbyggande är avgörande. Vi kommer lägga stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.

Du ska ha mångårig erfarenhet inom it och/eller samhällsbyggnadssektorn. Du ska ha erfarenhet av att införa system, förändringsledning samt verksamhetsutveckling. Din utbildning ska vara inom samhällsbyggnadssekorn och/eller it, så som systemvetenskap, informatik, dataveteskap, eller liknande utbildning.

Har du erfarenhet av digitalisering är det meriterande. Du ska ha vana vid att arbeta strukturerat med processutveckling och förändringsledning inom samhällsbyggnadsprocessen eller likvärdigt.

We see it as a priority if you have experience in K8s, Postgre, Nginx, Horizon, Guzzle, Redis, AWS, MongoDB, Symfony, DDD, TDD. To succeed in this role, you have a deep interest in Tech development and a desire to grow further in the field. You should also have good knowledge of English and Swedish (not mandatory) and are good at expressing yourself in both speech and writing.
